See where every job stands without chasing anyone for an update. Sales, production and accounts all write to the same records, so the figures on your screen are the figures on the floor.
- Unified pipeline and project oversight
- Live job and financial performance
- Resource and capacity at a glance
- Data-driven decisions with clarity
Pipeline, quotations and orders in one place - from first enquiry to a signed order, with follow-ups that don't slip between a walk-in and a confirmed job.
- Leads, pipeline and customer history
- Itemised quotations and approval workflows
- Follow-ups recorded against every deal
- Approved quotes become sales orders
Configure products and materials on the Design Engine foundation. The engine is in beta: the product and material foundation is available, configuration and calculation are in beta, and cut-list optimisation and CAD-grade drawings are planned rather than shipped.
- Categories, attributes and material libraries
- Rule sets keep a configuration valid
- Calculation runs produce estimate lines
- Configured designs roll up to material requirements
Track bills of materials and work-order status as jobs move through the shop floor. Production workflow is in beta today, and the visual stage-wise shop-floor board is planned, not shipped.
- Bills of materials and work-order lifecycle
- MRP netting against real stock
- Stage-wise status on every job
- Shortages raised as purchase demand
Ledger, period close and GST-ready invoicing, reconciled against the same sales and purchase documents the rest of the business raised - without a second spreadsheet.
- Chart of accounts, journals and period close
- GST returns and e-invoicing
- Vendor bills against purchase orders
- One ledger behind every report
See confirmed orders and job status for the installations on your schedule. There is no separate installer module - installation is tracked through projects and production, and production workflow is in beta.
- Confirmed orders and project records
- Job stage visible before you travel
- What has been dispatched, and what has not
- Customer and site details on the record

From a configured design to a job on the floor
The Design Engine is in beta. Below is exactly how far a design travels inside the product today, and which two links in the chain you still handle yourself.
In the product today
- 01Design Available Categories, attribute definitions, materials and components describe what you make and what it is made from.
- 02Validate Beta Configuration schemas and rule sets keep a configured product valid instead of relying on the designer to remember.
- 03Quote Beta Calculation runs against a configured product produce estimate lines. Quotations, approvals and sales orders themselves are available.
- 04BOM Beta Bills of materials, work-order lifecycle and MRP netting exist in Production; rolling a configured design up into material requirements is in beta.
- 05Produce Beta Work orders move the job through the floor. The visual shop-floor board is on the roadmap.
Planned — not shipped yet
These two stages sit between BOM and produce in the intended chain. Until they ship, optimisation and production drawings are produced outside Woodworking ERP and brought back in. We are not putting a date on them.
- PlannedOptimise Automated, nesting-aware cut-list optimisation from a finished design. Not shipped - panel optimisation happens outside the product today.
- PlannedDrawings Production-standard 2D drawings and coordinated 3D output generated from the engineering model. Not shipped, and not scheduled to a date.
One workflow, start to finish
Each step links to the part of the product that covers it. Delivery and installation have no separate module - they are tracked inside Production, and the links say so rather than inventing a destination.

What actually happens between signing and working in the system
A realistic runway, with the same available / beta / planned labels we use everywhere else - including on the parts that are not ready.
- Available
Onboarding & module setup
Guided setup of your modules, data import and role/permission configuration, included with every plan. Each module has a setup wizard that live-computes which foundational records still need creating.
- Available
Data migration
Structured import of your existing customer, item and stock records from spreadsheets or a legacy system during onboarding.
- Beta
Staging / UAT before production
Talk to us about a staging or UAT setup before your production go-live. The full development-to-production promotion pipeline is a target we are building toward, not something we claim is fully automated today.
- Available
Team training
Setup-time training for your team, delivered as part of onboarding rather than sold separately. Scope varies by tier - see your order for specifics.
- Available
Go-live
Each module wizard tracks what is still outstanding, and an admin can mark a step complete where it was configured outside the wizard - so go-live is a checklist you can see, not undocumented manual configuration.
- Available
Support after go-live
We support the platform itself - deployment, upgrades and defects - through the channels described in your plan and our Terms of Service. Data you enter, and decisions made from it, stay yours.
What is not included, stated up front
-
Formal SLA-backed support tiers
A published, tiered support-response commitment - named response times per plan - is not yet a standing offering. If you need one, raise it before you commit and we will tell you plainly where we are.
Planned -
Custom or contract development
Bespoke module and integration work is scoped and quoted per engagement. It is not a standard plan inclusion.
Partner integration
Straightforward plans, priced on the pricing page
We keep one source of truth for what a plan costs, and it is not this page.
What is true of every plan
- Implementation and onboarding are included with every plan
- Billed monthly or annually, with UPI, bank transfer and card at checkout
- Upgrade or downgrade as production grows - your data stays intact
- White-label deployment: your brand, your own domain
Paid evaluation from 3 months · No free trial
Plan names, prices and inclusions are published from our commercial catalogue and rendered on the pricing page, so there is exactly one place they can be right. We do not print sample numbers here.
Documentation, guides and dated release status
Real evidence of what has shipped, what is in beta and what is still planned - published where you can check it rather than claimed here.
-

Articles and product updates from the team building the platform.
We do not run a newsletter yet, so there is nothing to sign up to. If you are waiting on a specific capability, tell us your timeline and we will flag it when it ships.
What we can verify, and what we will not claim
Everything below is a page you can read before you talk to us.
-
Security & compliance
Role-based access control from a single permission catalog, an append-only audit log, and a dedicated single-tenant deployment per customer.
-
Privacy
What we collect, why we hold it, and what we do with it.
-
Status & release notes
A dated module-by-module snapshot of what is available, in beta and planned - updated as real changes ship.
-
Terms of service
Where our responsibility for the platform ends and yours for your data begins, written out rather than implied.
What we do not have
We have not completed SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other independent third-party security certification, and we do not yet offer a contractual data-residency commitment. Treat any claim of a specific certification as false until we publish it on the security page. If your evaluation needs something specific - a data-flow diagram or a permission-catalog export - ask, and we will tell you plainly whether we have it.
