Contacting support

The real ways to reach support — the website chat, tickets, and what happens after you write in.

Last updated 26 August 2026

The website chat

Product websites carry an embeddable chat widget. Before you can send a sales or support message through it, you are asked for consent — and the conversation is attributed to the site you are on. The chat can route you to a support ticket, with a service-level deadline computed from your enquiry.

Support tickets

Tickets raised through the platform have three statuses: pending (awaiting investigation or assignment), completed (resolved) and closed (lifecycle complete). You can see your tickets' statuses at any time; the support team's dashboards show the same statuses so nothing reads differently on either side.

Follow-ups

CRM records carry a next-action date, and leads or deals with a follow-up due within seven days appear on the owner's Home dashboard — so nothing silently stalls.
