Using this help center
How help articles are organized, how search works, and how to tell an article is current.

How articles are organized
Help articles are grouped into categories. On this site the categories are global (they apply to all product websites). Each article has a title, a short summary, tags, and a version label.
Searching
You can search the help center by title, summary and tags. A search that returns nothing is recorded anonymously (a count, never the words you typed) so we can see which topics still lack an article.
Are these articles current?
Every published article carries a version label and an updated date. Articles are written by the platform team, reviewed, and published through an approval workflow — an article you can read has passed that review.
Giving feedback
On each article you can mark it helpful or not. The platform team reads those judgements to decide what to improve or write next.
