Getting started with the platform
How to sign in, what you land on, and where the main working areas live.
Last updated 26 August 2026
Signing in
Platform users sign in with their credentials on the login page. Accounts are created by the platform administrator; there is no public self-registration. Your access to screens is governed by the role or roles assigned to you — the menu shows only what your permissions allow.
Your Home dashboard
After signing in you land on Home. It shows your attendance card (punch in/out, breaks, leave balance), your key result areas and KPI cards, upcoming events, and your recent records. The CRM row (if you have CRM access) shows your open leads, open deals, pipeline value and follow-ups due in the next seven days.
Finding your way around
The main navigation is organized by working area: HRMS, CRM, Marketing, Sales & Fulfilment, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Compliance, Projects, Performance, Support, and Administration. Each area has its own dashboard tuned to the role you hold — Operational, Manager, Executive and Analyst readings of the same real data.
Where to get help
Every screen has a "Learn this page" button in the top bar that opens the knowledge-base article written for that screen (or an honest "nothing published yet" state). This help center is the same library, published for public reading.
